Somebody once said a piece of art is a part of the Artist’s life; I totally agree with it.
This is a very calming scene that I see often, sometimes I woke up, started all the daily routines and walked pass by the room seeing my Cat Cadbury still in bed soundly asleep. Like time frozen in peace. Her tiny, smooth breathing sound in rhythm is like the best mediation music that can calm anyone down in a second.

I have the same affirmation from my previous small artwork series – Family by Choice for this particular piece. We adopted Cadbury from RSPCA many years ago, she was so skinny and tiny back then. We shower her love every day, over the time she has become the anchor of my life, Cadbury is my family by choice with no doubt.
By the time while I finished this piece, Cadbury is recovering from a surgery.
I am willing to do anything I could to protect her, to make sure she is safe and healthy, so that she can sleep safe and sound like this artwork without worrying anything.

We are all different, but we make each other better.
