Mum's garden has been a source of inspiration since my teenage years. From when I got my first Canon XLR camera taking photos of the flowers in Mum's garden, to painting them in my VCE studies and to now. It must be noted that botanical illustrators such as Anna Manson, Ann Swan and Billy Shawell have been an influence in my botancial artwork.
