Reference photo was taken when on a family trip to the Flinders Ranges (south Australia) about 30 years ago by my father and drawing this picture brought back memories of all the many stops for photos we had make. This drawing was worked on from home in the studio and whilst I did work from a reference picture, I have drifted from it somewhat with my own interpretation.
This drawing does come with a frame, although, I am happy to sell it without the frame particularly if it has to freighted. All material is archival from the paper that it is drawn on, to the mat, the glass and backing. The glass is what we call UV70 or ultraview - It has less reflective surface and has qualities like museum glass making the picture better clarity. It filters up to 70% of UV rays, slowing down the process of fading. It also has an enhanced surface for better durability and easy cleaning. Please contact the Victorian Artist Society or myself directly if interested, if in Melbourne in the Eastern Suburb's or the city, I may be able to deliver directly.
