Time flies is an assemblage sculpture in two parts - the box lid and the box interior. The lid is a mixed media drawing of a steam punk Hatchling, using tea stain, watercolor washes, color pencil and graphite pencil on 300gsm paper. The box interior is an assemblage of objects representing the nest and environment of the 'Hatchling' including found objects, wires, watch cogs, die cut wood, acrylic paint, feathers, nest, etc.
