The Days Of Wine And Roses II refers to the melody written by Henry Mancini for the 1964 film of the same name. I included hard and soft edges and left the white of the paper for the cloth. In an altered composition, showing more light, the complimentary colours of deep pink and turquoise pave the way for a lighter mood and pleasant reflection. Painted using Daniel Smith watercolour paint on Saunders Waterford 300gm paper.
