This series investigates flora and fauna common to my home area in Russia and my wonderful adopted country Australia. It is fascinating to compare what grows and lives in different climate zones and natural environments thousands and thousands kilometres apart. Just like all curious travellers, we take special notice of plants, birds and animals. The locals grow up with them and see them as a regular part of their environment. The same happens to Australians when they travel around the world and see different habitats with amazing flora and fauna. Let's keep the Earth safe and healthy!
