Created whilst musing on the sacrifices and iconography around saints and their martyrdom. Saint Margaret was said to have been swallowed whole by a great beast, often depicted as a dragon. She cut herself out from his stomach and through faith was found to be unhurt by the beast. Exhibited within the VAS "Unspoken' Exhibition.
