Join celebrated artist Clive Sinclair for a masterclass in contemporary painting!
This masterclass will explore painting towards abstraction by simplifying the landscape to a minimal image.
The session will look at reducing a painting down to the bare essence of a picture using references on contemporary masters, exploring their techniques in painting the image.
Clive will provide a demonstration as part of the masterclass to show the technique of abstraction. Simplicity is the order of the day.
This masterclass will be held in our upstairs galleries alongside our 2025 George Hicks Foundation Contemporary Exhibition. Observers are welcome!
