Description
This class will study the discipline of still-life painting in the observational / tonal manner.
Practical studio matters ideal for the still-life painter will be addressed. A fresh, direct and economical approach will be demonstrated and encouraged.
Various observational aids and measurement systems will also be discussed and students will have the opportunity to paint directly from subjects provided.

This masterclass will be held in our upstairs galleries alongside our 2025 Artist of the Year Exhibition. Observers are welcome!
