This painting ‘Wool Sheds, Victoria Harbour, Docklands’; is part of my continuing research into landscape painting. In particular this work is referencing the Wool Holding Sheds which housed the fleece prior to shipping overseas during the prosperous twentieth century and John Kelly’s sculpture of a ‘Cow up a Tree’.
