Hatshepsut was the 6th pharoah of the 18th dynasty in Egypt (1505-1458 BC). She was second female pharoah and ruled 20+ years. She was a prolific builder, oversaw massive building projects, and led military campaigns. During her reign Egypt enjoyed great prosperity.
