I spend much time in the woods throughout the seasons. It is an immersive sensory experience, where noises and thoughts start to fade out, and you receive more of the surroundings in the moment – a gentle spring breeze caressing your cheeks, a singing rosella jumping between branches, and the crunchy autumn leaves crushed under your boots. I hoped to capture the moment of surprise when discovering these agile creatures frolicking in an old tree.
