Jinesh is a long time friend and we have shared many adventures. He was one of the few friends prepared to sit for me when I started painting portraits. When he arrived in shorty shorts and removed his shoes, he did not believe me when I said that I would be painting what I saw. He laughed aloud when he saw the painting. We both laughed when it became a finalist in the prestigious Lester Portraiture Competition in 2022 (W.A.)
