Paul is a Fellow and past President of the VAS (1998-2003) and was elected a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts London in1999. He was the VAS Artist of the Year in 2001. Known for his colourful paintings of flowers and his still lifes. Paul’s work includes landscapes, portraiture and figurative painting. He was awarded the Order of Australia Medal in 2005 for service to the visual arts as a painter and lecturer.
