Elizabeth Edwards Sinclair

Elizabeth is new artist based in Melbourne. She also spends a lot of time in Ocean Grove and Merrijig, gaining much of her artistic inspiration from these beautiful places.
Elizabeth was identified at high school as having a ‘natural talent’ in art, however art was left behind as she pursued a career as an emergency responder. After 30 years Elizabeth retired due to severe PTSD and has come full circle back to the healing, peace and joy of art.
Elizabeth loves painting with oils but experiments with all mediums. She has a very free style, painting is an instinct, she paints what ‘she see’s and feels’ at that moment in time.
Elizabeth’s work makes you feel something and reminds us of how precious and wonderful life is.

When Elizabeth is not painting, she is spending time with her 5 children, 3 dogs, 2 cats and chicken. If she had more space would no doubt have even more!
