Stephanie O'Hanlon-Pradenas
Stephanie O’Hanlon-Pradenas is a Melbourne-based artist and illustrator with Latin American heritage whose work explores culture, travel, memory and the quiet stories found in everyday moments. Her cultural heritage and connection to different places continue to shape how she sees and interprets the world.
Working across fine art and illustration, Stephanie creates atmospheric, story-driven imagery inspired by landscapes, architecture, everyday objects and the places she visits. Her work explores a sense of place, memory and the stories that exist within ordinary moments.
Following her recent travels through Europe, Stephanie's sketchbooks have become an important source of inspiration for new work exploring travel, culture and memory.
Through her creative practice, Stefaz Studio, she develops original artworks and visual storytelling projects that invite viewers to pause, look closer and discover the stories within the world around them.
Education
Stephanie O’Hanlon-Pradenas is a Melbourne-based artist and illustrator with Latin American heritage. She holds a Diploma of Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Communication Design, and has further developed her painting practice through oil painting sessions at the Victorian Artists Society.
Drawing since the age of three, Stephanie developed an early fascination with colour and visual expression. Her practice now spans ink drawing, oil pastel, oil painting and digital illustration, exploring visual storytelling through culture, travel, memory and everyday moments.
