Melissa Fraser
Melissa is an oil painter, best known for her lively and bold still lifes, and large landscapes.
Her inspiration comes from nature, and she brings those observations and paintings to life in her studio, a converted horse stable overlooking a magnificent oak tree.
Melissa’s focus on simplifying the images in her art has seen her work develop into a contemporary, figurative style. “My aim is to evoke a response from the viewer, conveying a feeling, an atmosphere, an expression of the subject matter rather than a copy of it.”
