Kristan Oud
VAS
Kristan Oud VAS is a second-generation artist. who has exhibited in more than 60 VAS select exhibitions.
His contemporary works focus on extracting the raw beauty of nature and expressing it in a way that uplifts the soul. With an affinity for colour and light—his dynamic, free flowing style is expressed via acrylic paint on canvas and ink on paper.
His works have been collected nationally and internationally, and include fashion labels, corporations, private collectors, esteemed members of the legal and medical fraternity, celebrities, and political heads of both Australia and the United States.
In 2022 he opened OUD Art Gallery - 493 Collins Street. He is the 12th artist since Tom Roberts to have this rare opportunity to shape Melbourne's history.
