My Scottish Great Grandfather set up the fishing industry in Lakes Entrance in the 1870s. Fishermen had to work hard, long hours in harsh conditions. He was lost at sea! I have a passion for painting and drawing the old, worn wooden trawlers in our port here, they have such stories to tell.
