The Westernport Regional Band is a dynamic community big band with musicians of all ages. We have woodwind, brass and rhythm instruments and our repertoire encompasses a wide variety of musical styles, from jazz, swing, Latin to modern compositions.

The Westernport Regional Band is a dynamic community big band with musicians of all ages. We have woodwind, brass and rhythm instruments and our repertoire encompasses a wide variety of musical styles, from jazz, swing, Latin to modern compositions.

Our Musical Directors are Ian Oldstein and Alistair Neil. Rehearsals take place at the Mt Erin Secondary College Music Centre, Robinsons Road Frankston South, every Thursday evening from 7.30pm-9.30pm. We actively participate in various community events around the Mornington Peninsula.

We are excited to perform in the beautiful Art Gallery of the Victorian Artists Society and hope that you enjoyed the concert as much as we enjoy playing. 

The Westernport Regional Band will return to VAS soon!
