The below terms and conditions apply to any and all purchases made within the VAS Art School. By making a purchase of a class or workshop, you agree that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
This policy applies to all VAS Art School enrolments from 14 November 2022.
The VAS Art School is only able to offer refunds for course withdrawals made 14 days before the first class of term. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or credit made after this time.
The VAS Art School is able to provide a credit for injury or illness at our discretion. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Credits are valid for up to 24 months after the date of issue. Please contact the office directly to use a credit.
Term classes may be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments (less than 5 students). In this instance, students can choose between the options of a full refund, credit, or transfer of enrolment to a different available class.
VAS Art School offers the option of pro-rata enrolment. Class fees can be pro-rated in advance for students who are unable to attend a full term. We will pro-rata if 2 or more classes are missed and up to half the term. Exact dates of classes missed must be given.
