Tom Buchanan

Tom is a Melbourne-based pianist and conductor, having completed his music studies locally, at Monash University. As a pianist, Tom has worked in many and varied capacities, as a soloist, choral and solo accompanist, repetiteur, and collaborative artist in piano duets and trios. This work has seen Tom performing around Australia and internationally, in the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand and Indonesia. 

In addition to his work as a pianist, Tom is presently the Head of Music at Kingswood College (Box Hill), and directs the Australian Welsh Male Choir, Excelsis, the Mornington Peninsula Welsh Ladies Choir and the Yarra Philharmonic Orchestra.
