The City of Melbourne building, on Melbourne's Elizabeth Street is a classic example of our precious heritage surviving amidst the modernisation of our city buildings. Once an architectural marvel, and considered as a heritage building, often screams for attention and more love. Though, not in the most pristine state, the building still shines in the juxtaposition with the modern architecture around. It's old and rusty facade tells stories of generations and the pride it once held.
