Landscape
Julian served on the VAS Council from 2004 until 2009, 4 years as Treasurer, a time that coincided with his development as an artist away from a career in publishing, advertising and animation. Marine and Snowgum subjects were his usual entries into the seasonal competitions gaining him recognition in the VAS. Julian taught two weekly classes in drawing and watercolour at the VAS.
