Rhi is a visual artist from Naarm, Australia. Currently she primarily works with oil paint, and branches out to various mediums such as acrylic paint, graphite pencil, body paint and elements of nature.
She aspires to create artwork that observes tonal realism, with a bit of storytelling thrown in. Her biggest inspirations come from the colours of nature, folklore and the emotional depth of portraiture. She has an associates degree in Illustration and has spent several years working in animation and motion capture for film and games. She has been teaching painting classes around Melbourne for three years to all ages and levels and loves nothing more than sharing creative space with fellow artists. She continues to grow her technique with classes through the society.
We would like to pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land on which our building stands, their leaders, past, present and emerging.
