A reflection on the recovery of the Mt Cole State Forest following the 2024 Bayindeen Bushfires. 'Regrowth, Mt Cole' shows the incredible process of nature restoring after the destruction of a bushfire. I am in awe of the regeneration as the epicormic regrowth occurs up tree trunks and the vibrancy of baby ferns create a new undergrowth. Being able to capture the changes as the environment restores, is both healing and a privilege.
