This class will focus on rendering the figure in clay after a life model and then prepared for firing.

Students will learn how to make basic armature and then create standing figure or torso in clay after life model.

Apart from learning about human forms and basic sculpture qualities, the emphasis will be on developing an individual expression and style. 

As students will get more familiar with sculpting, they can attempt under my professional guidance to model their loved ones after photography.

The students do not need to complete any previous course.  I am able to adjust my "corrections" to their individual level and apart from my tutoring, they will learn from each other in the group environment. Enjoy.
