Born in Victoria Walter Magilton is a versatile artist, a realist painter, sculptor, silversmith and teacher. He has a Diploma of fine Art from the RMIT and trained as an art and craft teacher with specialist studies in sculpture and jewelry making. Walter is an exceptional linocut artist and a strong supporter of the Victorian Artists Society and its annual Maritime Exhibition.
