The 113th annual exhibition of the Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors.

The Melbourne Society of Women Painters & Sculptors (MSWPS) raises the profile of women artists by exhibiting their works in the Annual Exhibition Changing Perspectives, now in its 113th year.

In 2022 we are Celebrating 120 Years since the formation of the Society.

2022 Judge: Dr Maggie McCormick

Dr Maggie McCormick is Adjunct Professor in the School of Art, RMIT University and Hon Professor at Reutlingen University, Germany. She holds a PhD from the Faculty of Architecture at The University of Melbourne. She has a long history in the arts as an artist, curator and writer.

Exciting news! Following the success of the VAS Portrait Painters Open Day held Sunday 21st August, MSWPS will be presenting our own live artist painting demonstration during our annual exhibition. MSWPS member Lucy Fekete will be doing a live portrait painting demonstration in oils of fellow MSWPS member Victoria Duggan.
