Lost in the Waves was created in the Summer of 2021. Acrylic on pressed cotton canvas panel. This artwork was created during a family trip to Queensland. Lost in the Waves represents a mental idea more than a physical scene. It reflects the deep internal struggle between personal thoughts and desires. The waves serve as a metaphor for emotional turbulence, a sense of being caught, overwhelmed, or adrift in your mind. Though small in size, this artwork carries deep and layered meaning
