During the harshest of Victoria’s Covid-19 lockdowns, no one could travel beyond 5km from their homes. Amongst this horrible of times and feeling of despair I rode my bike to the edge of my 5km and photographed this amazing scene, rode home and immediately painted it on a large canvas board. Heavy dark brushstrokes in foreground subconsciously captured dark feelings at the time.
