Jackson

My painting is of my son Jackson. He is a passionate musician and designer. My intention was to find a suitable presentation that conveys his nature, easy going and warm person with an inquiring mind, lover of all thing music, someone who is endlessly searching for musical inspiration in the many genres of music which give him great joy. I felt the relaxed pose, resting on a guitar best suited and convey an insight into Jackson. When we initially started Jackson turned up with the orange and white socks which I felt gave a further insight into his slightly quirky, warm and fun personality, therefore had to represent them in the final presentation. It was a joy to do.
