The Wills Street Lookout Path has arguably one of the best views over Melbourne at Sunset. It overlooks the bend of the river where the Yarra Bend Golf Course is situation straight through to the city skyline. I’ve seated my artistic collaborator and wonderful friend Gordon Harvey on the bench watching the sun go gown. Gordon has composed, performed and produced the music on my time lapse videos. I couldn’t ask for a better friend. This painting reminds us to see and be curious about our local environment. To engage with and enjoy our place, where we live, in my case Boroondara that has many parks, gardens and the Yarra river. And to be grateful for our friends and loved ones. Thanks Gordo.
