Enjoy a day exploring the Fundamentals of Watercolour while practicing your skills in a fun, relaxed environment.

This 1-day workshop is aimed at allowing you to explore through expression. From Wet-into-Wet layering, Dry-Glazing with delicate layers, to Brush Strokes, control & Texturising... You will come away with an array of techniques/tools to continue your journey with this sumptuous medium.

In this workshop you will explore:

• An introduction to the basics and qualities of watercolour as a medium

• Wet-into-wet layering

• Dry glazing techniques

• Texturizing

Please bring along:

• Palette

• Water Vessels x2

• Art Rags/Tissues/Paper Towels

• Drawing Pencils: 2B - 4B preferred.

• Kneadable Eraser

• Masking tape 18mm/24mm

• Spray Bottle

• Optional: Towel, Ruler, Bulldog Clips, Dropper, Toothbrush, Pocket Knife for scratch techniques, Salt or Breadcrumbs for texture.

All other materials will be provided.
