This course focuses on developing the student's ability to perceive and render the world around them through drawing.

Working from still life setups, cast sculptures and live models, students will be guided in drawing from 
observation, using different conceptual exercises and strategies to better understand the ideas of form, light and movement in space. Over the ten 
weeks, students will explore various approaches to pencil drawing, developing analytical and expressive techniques.

Suitable for all levels, students will develop a new sense of proficiency and confidence in creating rich and compelling drawings.
