Hugh Sheridan has had his fair share of loss.
An unhinged online campaign saw him dropped from the role of a lifetime, damaging much more than his reputation. In this dark time he lost his father, several close friends and his engagement. I wanted to show not just the brokenness, but also his resilience. Even as the dark clouds of loss gather, the light of a setting sun breaks through, promising that all things pass.
This portrait is not of one man; it is a portrait of every person who is struggling through the darkness, trying to find the light.
