Framed ‘Cottage Garden’ captures the essence of my Surrey Hills’ garden from a close vantage point. Recognizable flowers such as plectranthus, plumbago and geraniums are captured with lyrical mark-making and joyous, vibrant colours. Garden subjects are the ongoing focus of my oeuvre. My paintings celebrate nature’s beauty and restorative qualities.
