Location: Cato Gallery
Landscape painting remains a vital and evolving practice, from meditative studies to dynamic gestural interpretations. Working in oil, watercolour, and acrylic, these artists demonstrate the rich possibilities within contemporary landscape painting—from loose, interpretive renderings that capture the essence of place to abstracted works that push beyond representation.
The exhibition shows how contemporary painters are reimagining the landscape tradition, using colour, gesture, and form to express personal responses to the natural world.

We would like to pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land on which our building stands, their leaders, past, present and emerging.
