This two-day workshop is designed to introduce better mood and atmospherics with an understanding of the basics of colour in watercolour painting.
Beginning with breezy exercises exploring colour variations in landscape and seascape, followed by demonstrations and stepped paintings exploring colour design in painting as well as their impact on mood. Participants will be guided through these exercises which in turn will give artists the space to develop their watercolour technique and expertise.
Brushes, Paper, and Palette will be discussed while demonstrating and assisting various techniques of the medium. This is an ideal class for those looking to re-visit watercolour basics and understanding of colour and mood. This class is for beginner to intermediate watercolourists.
We would like to pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land on which our building stands, their leaders, past, present and emerging.
