Clive Sinclair is a highly sort after watercolour artist and teacher. He paints ‘for the pure impression of capturing the light and finding joy in creating subtle impressions on the paper. Movement and harmony offer me excitement of mark and stroke on the paper, often making it toward abstraction.’

Clive is an Elected Fellow of the Victorian Artists Society Melbourne, a member of the Watercolour Society of Victoria and exhibiting member of The TMPS. He teaches art throughout Melbourne and Victoria as well as workshops interstate and overseas. Clive has won numerous awards over the years including being named VAS Artist of the Year in 2011.

This exhibition features works such as Early Morning Light, painted on the main canal at 5.30 in the Morning. Clive was starting early each day to capture the beautiful light of Venice which comes with every sunrise.
