Acrylic and oil on 9mm AA grade marine plywood panel, sealed with premium quality varnish for protection. Framed in Tasmanian Oak, floating style frame with wire, ready to hang.
This painting is inspired by a sunset in Truganina Park. The contrast between the cool tones of the aloe vera plants and the warm oranges and pinks reflected on the tree barks made me stop to take colour notes and a photo reference which resulted in this painting later in the studio.
