Last night, with over 180 guests, sponsors and supporters in attendance, the Victorian Artists Society proudly celebrated the official opening of the restored Heritage and National Trust Listed building, following the four-year $2.5 million heritage restoration.
In conjunction with the celebrations for the official opening of the building, the Victorian Artists Society announced Jennifer Fyfe as the winner of the prestigious 2019 Mavis Little Artist of the Year Award, sponsored by the Hansen Little Foundation, and Ellen Jenkins as the winner of the 2019 Victorian Artists Society Sculptor of the Year Award.
Julian Bruere was announced as the winner of the 2019 Members Choice Award sponsored by Design Framing, with Ron Reynolds announced as the winner of the 2019 Exhibitors Choice Award sponsored by Noel Waite AO.
Eileen Mackley AM, President of the Victorian Artists Society said we are honoured to receive the generous sponsorship for the prestigious 'Mavis Little Artist of the Year Award' by The Hansen Little Foundation.
